I hope you and your loved ones are being safe and staying healthy during this unprecedented time. I know everyone has been overwhelmed with emails about COVID-19 because I’ve been writing so many of them for my clients. The purpose of this message is not to share global news, or give you advice on how to take precautions against COVID-19, I’ll leave those updates to qualified professionals. I’m simply writing to check in and remind you that the crew at Castle Media Co. is here for you.
I do want to be transparent about the measures we are taking to ensure the well-being of our clients and our team. We are taking the recommendations from the CDC and other regulatory organizations about Coronavirus (COVID-19) very seriously. We will not be meeting anyone in-person or participating in any business functions until further notice. We have technology at our fingertips, however, so we can easily schedule a meeting over the phone or via video conference.
Some members of the Castle Media collaborative team have children who are schooling at home, so we are sensitive to their challenging schedule and the need to complete some business tasks after hours or with a slight delay. All emails are responded to in the same business day, and we are prioritizing urgent projects accordingly.
We are fortunate and grateful that technology allows us to remain fully functioning and of service to clients. The need for timely and clear business communications is critical during the ongoing crisis.
